Having a Colonic is a Safe and Relaxing procedure that Cleans and Tones the Colon, encouraging Natural Peristaltic Action, improving Elimination, Hydrating every Cell in the Body and increasing Energy levels.

Why have a Colonic?

How to Prepare

For a great colon cleanse, staying well hydrated and eating a vegetarian type diet (no meats or white foods) for three days before your treatment. Then stop hydrating one hour before your session, so your bladder is comfortable during the process.

The Procedure

To get the most from your visit we spend some time getting to know you and your concerns or goals before your cleanse. If low energy or poor digestion has been a chronic and deep seated issue, we will begin with a NES BioEnergetiX Scan which assesses hundreds of wellness data points of Energy Source, Energy Strength and Energy Flow through the body’s systems.

After your Treatment, you can expect to feel clean, empty, refreshed, energetic, light and clear headed. Your tummy will be flat and you may also find that you lose up to 3 or 4 kilos from a single treatment.
