As the founder of Integrated Health Integrated Life Wellness Clinic, Debra’s journey began in 1978 as a Massage Therapist. At the heart of her mission is a profound belief:
“Healing the planet, one body at a time.”
Through her integrative approach, Debra has helped transform thousands of lives, empowering individuals to develop a deeper connection with their bodies—not as a source of pain or limitation, but as a vital ally in achieving optimal health and well-being.
Our Achievment
Debra provides each client with a personalized key to unlock their body’s healing potential—whether they’re struggling with chronic pain, digestive issues, fatigue, or stress-related conditions. Her greatest achievement lies in seamlessly integrating leading-edge therapies that enable clients to restore their body’s natural ability to heal. Many have found relief from deep-seated and chronic conditions such as:
- Poor digestion
- Complex autoimmune disorders
- Fibromyalgia & chronic myofascial pain
- Postural imbalances & movement restrictions
By addressing the body as a whole system, her approach helps clients regain energy, vitality, and a renewed sense of well-being.
About the Founder of Rolfing/Structural Integration DR. Ida P. Rolf
Dr. Ida P. Rolf was the founder of Structural Integration. In 1920 she earned her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. Driven to find solutions to her own health problems as well as those of her two sons, she spent many years studying and experimenting with different systems of healing and manipulation. Dr. Rolf posed this fundamental question: “What conditions must be fulfilled in order for the human body-structure to be organized and integrated in gravity so that the whole person can function in the most optimal and economical way?”
Mission
Commitment with Quality
In the 1930s, Dr. Rolf explored healing practices like Osteopathy and discovered that connective tissue can reshape the body. By the 1940s, she developed techniques for helping the chronically disabled and created training programs to continue her work.
