I have PTSD from serving during the war, I have poor balance and even though I am on medication for anxiety, my mind is going 100 miles an hour. After the first time on the Trinfinity8 I felt calmer and able to think more clearly and logically so I could research depth sounders for my favourite pass-time of fishing. Each session I have had on the Trinfinity8 has improved my overall sense of health and wellbeing. My balance is now great, I can stand on sand again with waves coming in and still feel stable.

I went to see Debra as my usual massage person in town was unavailable. I generally see a physio or massage style person once every 4 to 6 weeks to keep the aches and pains that have been with me my whole life to a manageable level. After having 2 sessions and discussing other work that Debra completes, I decided to give the Heller series a go and see what the outcome would be.
